  • Use of Hot Pack:

Hot pack is used to relax the muscles and release the cramping in stomach. Use at least 15 mints and reheat it if necessary. It is suggested to not put the heating pack to your abdominal It can cause nausea.

  • Cinnamon Tea:

Cinnamon tea is also used for stomach cramps. Cinnamon is anti-bacterial and work fast against viruses. It reduces the puffiness and bloating.

Boil one sticks of 3 inches cinnamon in 1.5 cup of water. Let the water boil till it reduce to one cup. Add honey in it and drink.

  • Rice Water:

Rice water is also used to relieve the inflammation by forming a soothing barrier over a membrane. This water is exactly that leftover water after you cooking rice.

For this you need ½ cup of white rice, 2 cups of water. Boil the rice in that water till it little tender. Remove the pot from heat and let the lid over the pot for few minutes and then drain the water. Use warm water with some honey in it.

For this you need a hand full of fresh peppermint leaves and a cup of boiling water. Put these leaves in boiling cup of water and cover it for 5 to 10 minutes. Sip it while it’s still toasty. You can chew the mint leaves also. You can also use dry leaves powder for it 1-2 tsp.
