Hair problem is common to every body. Hair damage happens on getting heat from blow dryers, curling, irons, over exposure to hair coloring, harsh chemicals and over production of oil from the sebaceous glands. Hair damage is done by certain internal and external agent.
Lifestyle and habits affect the health and hair appearance. Use of excessive caffeine affects the hair life. Cold drinks contain heavy sodium punch which elevate blood pressure and disturb hair appearance. Low diet of fruits and vegetable and high use of fast foods cause hair loss and growth. Growth of hair depend on good blood circulation to scalp and the balanced diet boost up this system.
Vitamin B and B6 are important to maintain healthy hair. Beans, peas, carrots, cauliflower, soyabean, bran, nuts and eggs are good source of vitamin B. Vitanim E, found in nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocados are good source of it. Lack of magnesium, zinc and sulfur rich diet, which is good for hair. Lack of sleep disturbs the hair growth. Low blood pressure, anaemia, weakness, stress, and mental tension causes loss of hair. Hormone imbalances after typhoid fever, presence of dandruff or lice disturb hair growth greatly.
Hair care home remedies
Use natural shampoo or soap to clean hair and never use chemical–mixed items. Amla (indian gooseberry), shikakai (Acacia Concinna) are useful for hair. Scalp should be regularly oiled or massaged by coconut oil, mustard oil at least thrice in a week. It is better to use bhringraj (Eclipta alba) oil gently on the scalp.
Take green vegetables, salads, milk, sprouts, protein, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soyabean (Glycine max) and Vitamina, A, B, B6. Ayurvedic preparation which is made of Amla (indian gooseberry), shikakai (Acacia Concinna) and bhringraj (Eclipta alba) are good to stop hair fall. Scalp massage should be done to increase blood circulation. Juice of lettuce and spinach is extremely useful for the growth of hair.
Mix carrot juice with alfalfa and lettuce is good for hair growth. Use coconut oil mixed with lime juice to gently rub on the scalp to get growth of hair. Try to apply juice of coriander leaves on the head to get all benefits. Boil black beans and fenugreek and wash the hair with this water or paste of it thrice in a week to get good result.
Grind licorice in milk to make a paste to apply on bald head to get hair growth. Mix a paste of lemon seeds and black pepper to apply on again on bald head to have hair growth.
Bowel movement should be regular. Remove constipation by taking natural laxative like psilium husk or fruits like papaya or guava or other fiber-related diet. Try to exercise daily.
